iSales CRM is built on a true multi-tenant architecture — each organization operates in a fully isolated workspace. No client can ever access another organization's data.
Why it matters:
- All prospect interactions, pipeline values, employee records, and email settings are strictly partitioned per organization.
- Tenant identity is resolved from the subdomain (
tenant.isalescrm.com), path prefix, or local storage — automatically and transparently. - A Tenant Route Guard validates every session against
/auth/resolve-tenantand binds the correct headers on every API call.
