Navigation: Header → Profile Dropdown → Import History → + New Import
Import flow: File Upload → Field Mapping → Data Preview → Import History & Error Fix
File Upload
- Accepted formats: CSV (.csv), Excel (.xls, .xlsx)
- Maximum file size: 10 MB · Maximum records: 5,000 per import
Field Mapping
- The system shows all columns from your file.
- For each column, select the matching CRM field from the dropdown.
- Example: your file’s “Customer Mobile” column → CRM’s
contact_nofield. - Maps any external CSV header format without requiring you to edit your file.
Data Preview
- Shows the first 3 rows of your mapped data.
- Scans for duplicate phone numbers and invalid emails before saving.
- Click Back to adjust mapping, or Import to proceed.
Import History & Error Fix
Navigation: Header → Profile → Import History
- Full batch audit log: Total rows, Successfully imported, Skipped.
- Download Error Report — CSV showing row number, error type, and problematic value.
- Fix Industry Modal / Fix Source Modal — map unrecognized values on the fly without re-uploading the spreadsheet.
