Executive Dashboard

The Executive Dashboard is the central intelligence hub of iSales CRM. It gives administrators, sales managers, and individual sales representatives a real-time view of sales performance, pipeline health, revenue progress, and the next actions that need attention.

Dashboard Layout at a Glance

The dashboard follows a clear top-to-bottom workflow:
  1. Dashboard sub-header — view switcher, date range, sales-rep filter, lead count, and admin quick actions.
  2. Performance cards — immediate visibility into lead volume, follow-up activity, and customer retention.
  3. Your Radar — prioritized alerts for overdue, stalled, or high-risk records.
  4. Suggested Next Actions — AI-assisted recommendations for the next sales step.
  5. Weekly Team Summary — admin and manager view of team activity across past, current, and upcoming weeks.
  6. Admin Insights — team performance and lead-source revenue analysis.
  7. Revenue and project analytics — project mix and revenue-versus-target trends.
  8. Pipeline and conversion reports — lead, deal, stage, source, and win/loss analysis.

Dashboard Sub-Header and Global Filters

The sub-header controls the parameters used by the dashboard cards, charts, and reports.
  • Dashboard View Switcher — switch between saved dashboard views.
  • Total Leads Badge — displays the live count of active top-of-funnel leads.
  • Date Range Picker — defaults to the current month and supports Today, This Week, This Month, Last Month, or a custom range. The active range appears as a removable filter chip.
  • Sales Rep Filter — administrators can filter all dashboard data by a specific representative. Employees remain scoped to their own records.
Changing a global filter refreshes all applicable cards, tables, charts, and trend values together so the dashboard remains consistent.

Performance Cards

Each card displays the current metric, a month-over-month increase or decrease indicator, and a link to the relevant CRM module.

Your Radar — Proactive Alert Queue

Your Radar is a prioritized alert feed that surfaces revenue risks before opportunities go cold.
Severity levels:
  • 🔴 High: Follow-ups overdue by 48 or more hours, or high-value deals with no activity for 14 or more days.
  • 🟡 Medium: Follow-ups due today, or deals approaching their target close date without an active proposal or quote.
  • 🟢 Low: Routine reminders and stage-advancement notices.
Available actions:
  • Log Outcome — record the result of a call, email, or meeting without leaving the dashboard.
  • Reschedule — choose a new date and time and provide a reason.
  • Change Status — update the lead or deal status and add notes.
  • Open Record — navigate directly to the full Lead or Deal details page.
  • View Owner — administrators can see the representative assigned to the flagged record.

Suggested Next Actions — Daily Task Hub

This feed acts as a daily sales assistant. It uses recent interaction notes and AI conversation summaries to recommend a specific next step, such as Send the revised pricing proposal or Follow up on the technical scoping sheet.
  • Action — opens the related record or action drawer.
  • Clear — dismisses a completed recommendation. A new recommendation can appear when a later interaction creates another required action.
  • Priority order — urgent and overdue actions appear before routine tasks.

Weekly Team Summary (Admin Only)

The Weekly Team Summary provides a three-week operating view for each sales representative:
  • Last Week — completed calls, closed deals, and logged outcomes.
  • This Week — active meetings, proposals, negotiations, and scheduled follow-ups.
  • Next Week — planned demos, renewals, and outreach.
Each representative appears in an expandable card with an avatar or initials, name, an activity summary, and three quick counts: Done, This, and Next. Use the + and − controls to expand or collapse the detailed three-column breakdown.
