  • Lost Leads · Deleted Leads

Add a Lead

Navigation: Leads → + Add Lead
Required: First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number, Designation, Lead Status, Lead Source, Assigned Rep, Meeting Description
Optional: Company Name, Website, Company LinkedIn, Number of Employees, Contact LinkedIn, Project Type, Tech Stack, Follow-up Date, Follow-up Time
  1. Click + Add Lead to open the creation drawer.
  2. Fill in the required and optional fields.
  3. Click Submit.
Smart Features & Protections:
  • AI Company URL Auto-Fill — Company details can be added in two ways:
    • Manual Entry — Type in the Company Name, Website, LinkedIn URL, Employee Count, Address, and Description directly.
    • AI Auto-Fill — Enter the company website URL and iSales CRM will automatically fetch and fill in the Company Name, LinkedIn URL, Employee Count, Address, and Description.
Note: The Company Website field is always displayed. All other fields (Company Name, LinkedIn URL, Employee Count, Address, Description) can be entered manually or auto-filled by AI — other fields are populated only if data is available for that domain.
  • Disposable Email Shield — Blocks temporary/fake email addresses in real time.
  • Duplicate Prevention — Checks existing emails and company websites before saving to prevent two reps from contacting the same prospect.
  • Company Duplicate Prevention — Checks existing company websites before saving to prevent two reps from creating conflicting accounts for the same business.
  • Strict Contact Email Uniqueness — A contact person’s email can only be used once across the CRM. If an email is already registered to an existing lead or contact, the form immediately displays an error (“Email already exists! Please use another email.”) and blocks submission to prevent duplicates.
When you add a lead with a company name/website, iSales CRM automatically creates a Company profile (or links to an existing one) and creates a Contact record for the prospect — no manual entry in the Companies or Contacts modules needed.
