Organization Email (SMTP — Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) Configuration
SMTP is the standard technology used to send emails over the internet. Configures the custom
SMTP server used to send lead assignment emails from your organization's own domain.

- Enable organization SMTP switch — toggles custom SMTP on/off.
- Configuration fields: SMTP Host, Port (587/465), SSL/TLS toggle, Username, Password, From Email, From Name.
- Save SMTP — saves credentials.
- Test SMTP — sends a live test email to verify credentials before going live.
Pipeline, Deal Stages & Lead Status Builder
Tab 1 — Pipelines Management
- Add a new pipeline with a Name and Pipeline Key.
- Reorder pipelines with ▲/▼ arrows.
- Inline rename — click the pipeline name to rename directly.
- Disable/Enable switch — deactivates unused pipelines without deleting historical deals.
Tab 2 — Custom Deal Stages
- Select a pipeline → add custom stage names (e.g., Technical Discovery, Executive Review).
- Reorder stages with ▲/▼.
- Won Flag (
is_won) — marks the stage as Closed-Won; updates dashboard quota charts. - Lost Flag (
is_lost) — marks as Closed-Lost; updates win/loss analytics. - Stage Migration Safeguard — when retiring a stage with active deals, the Migration dialog moves all deals to a new stage before retiring the old one. Prevents orphaned deals.
Tab 3 — Custom Lead Statuses
- Add organization-specific prospect qualifiers (e.g., Cold Prospect, Demo Scheduled, Nurturing).
- Reorder statuses with ▲/▼.
- Lead Status Migration Safeguard — migrate all leads on a deprecated status into an active one before disabling it.
Team User Management
- + Add User — opens the team invitation form (name, email, role, designation, reporting manager).
- Search & filter team members by name or email.
- Grid/List view switcher with configurable page size (6/12/18/24 per page).
User card actions:
- ✏️ Edit — update name, email, role, or reporting manager.
- 🔑 Deactivate / Activate — deactivation checks open leads/deals and blocks until records are reassigned.
- 🗑️ Delete — requires mandatory reassignment of owned assets before removal.
Danger Zone (Super Admin Only)
- Delete Account — permanently erases the organization account and all records. Irreversible.
